Bisi is a Tenno, specifically the Operator (aka, the player character around whom the narrative is centered) from the video game Warframe

She has the appearance of a thirteen-year-old girl, although by virtue of spending most of her life in an induced cryogenic coma and projecting her consciousness beyond her physical body into her Warframes, she is much older, both chronologically and in actual experience, having served as an immortal guard and strike agent of the since-fallen Orokin Empire, attaining a mastery of combat that allowed her to found her own martial discipline. 

Bisi is physically very weak and cannot walk unassisted. She is most powerful (and comfortable) when communing with a Warframe, which is a semi-conscious robotic surrogate, designed to serve as a conduit for a Tenno's consciousness and void powers. This is most often done remotely through a device called a Somatic Link, although in an emergency she can create Transference through direct physical contact. Each Warframe has its own strengths and weaknesses, and can channel Bisi's void powers into different abilities.

Mag



Mag is a Warframe - a technologically advanced synthetic lifeform designed to be controlled by Tenno through a Somatic Link. Like all warframes, Mag has a strong Alloy Armor body and a highly advanced, quickly regenerating energy shield, making primitive weaponry largely ineffective against her. Compared to other warframes, she has much lower armor plating but much stronger shields and her unique polarizing abilities allow her to instantly regenerate them at the cost of energy. Mag is highly mobile, and can leap and climb tall buildings easily, as well as cling to the sides of buildings through grip or magnetics. She has a suite of 360 degree sensor technology that lets her map technical data in a small area around her. She has complex cryptography programming that can let her break through advanced firewalls.

Mag has astounding control over energy and magnetic fields. She can magnetize ferro- and ferrimagnetic materials from a short distance, and then manipulate them with magnetic fields - moving them through the air, rooting them in place, or just crushing them together - as well as anything attached to them.

[ The canon description of Mag's 'Crush' ability is that she can 'magnetize the bones of her foes', which should technically be impossible unless their bones are made from some type of metal alloy, so we're just gonna ignore that and say she's magnetizing their armor rather than give her the ability to magnetize and manipulate literally anything. It's not like magnetic control is an underwhelming ability on its own. ]

She can create Electro Magnetic Pulses that fry electronics, as well as lesser pulses that can recharge devices, with enough control to selectively target different effects towards allies and enemies at the same time.
